What You Will Learn

Week One: Mindfulness In Daily Life

Learning how to find presence in the smallest moments of your day will give you the mental space to let go of tension, make clear choices, and follow your intuition.

Week Two: Calming Mental Noise

Learn powerful strategies to quiet your mind, reduce overthinking, and gain mental clarity. This will calm anxiety and keep you from believing false mental stories.

Week Three: Intentional Living

By learning how to slow down and connect to your inner voice, you can finally stop feeling burned out and start making intentional choices that serve the kind of life you want to live.

Week Four: Cultivating Inner Peace

Cory will share invaluable tools for emotional regulation, self-compassion, and resilience. You’ll develop a lasting sense of calm and stability that will keep you grounded.

Week Five: Creative Mindfulness

Cory will teach you how to deepen your self-connection, clarify your thoughts, and release negative attachments by sharing his guided writing practices.

Week Six: Mindful Relationships

By learning how to become more aware and less reactive during your interactions, you’ll be able to nurture healthier and more conscious relationships while growing your confidence.

Week Seven: Navigating Change

Week Eight: Digital Mindfulness

Cory will share his techniques and guidance for conscious technology use so you can regain clarity of mind, feel grounded, and release the pressure of urgency culture.

Allen writes daily thoughts on mindfulness and mental clarity for his large Instagram following (@heycoryallen), reaching over two million people a week.

On his podcast, he discusses how to live better through teachings on mindfulness, mental clarity, and personal growth. Cory’s podcast has had millions of downloads, received over a thousand five-star ratings, and been featured by The New York Times.

Cory’s first book, titled Now Is the Way, was published by Penguin Random House on September 24, 2019. His second book, Brave New You, was published on June 25, 2024.

Cory has been a daily meditator for over 25 years. He decided to share his approach in the online meditation courses called Release Into Now and Coming Home. Since then, he’s taught thousands of people how to meditate with clear and concise methods.
